The iconic show turns 40 on Feb. 15, and we'll be treated to a three-and-a-half hour live special — starting at 7 p.m. ET on NBC (that's Sunday, not Saturday) — that has the potential to be the biggest, most-talked about episode in its four-decade history. While the audience typically consists of ticket winners chosen from the general public, Sunday's seats are reserved only for SNL's A-List guests. The confirmed attendee list seems to go on for days: Tom Hanks, Amy Poehler, Tina Fey, Paul McCartney, Chris Rock, Adam Sandler, Will Ferrell, Miley Cyrus, Betty White, Dana Carvey, Chevy Chase and Steve Martin, to name a baker's dozen in a much bigger pool to come. In addition, NBC exclusively told Mashable on Friday that Sarah Silverman is the latest comedian added to the guest list cameo.
